The City received a grant award notice from the Florida Division of Emergency Management on April 17, 2024 that funding in the amount of $4,282,761.60 from the HMGP-COVID Program was provided. The City’s required match of $475,862.40 provides a total project cost of $4,758,624 for the Neighborhood Acquisition/Demolition Project in the Quinn/Downs/Dean Neighborhood.

Chalk Where You Walk- Calling all Artists!

The City of Bonita Springs is looking for residents, businesses, clubs/non-profits, and students interested in participating in the “Chalk Where You Walk” Event in March. Participants will be asked to chalk in designated spaces on the sidewalk on Old 41, and in Riverside Park/Liles Hotel area

Enjoy lights, music, projections, and art. Enjoy free nightly strolls from dusk to 10 pm. March 24th to March 28th. Each evening, downtown businesses will be celebrating with live music, specials, and more.
