City Council approved Task Order #2 for Optional Comprehensive Plan Amendments

On September 6, 2023, Council approved a Master Agreement and Task Order #1 with Portland State University for State-mandated and optional Comprehensive Plan Amendments. Dr. Margaret Banyan has been working with staff to identify optional amendments. Task Order #2 covers drafting and public participation for these optional amendments, with the goal of streamlining the process along with the State-required amendments to save resources.
