Council approved contract agreement with Quality Enterprises USA, Inc., for the East Terry Street Stormwater and Multi-Use Pathway Project.
BACKGROUND: The City received U.S. Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant –Mitigation (CDBG-MIT) funds through Florida Commerce and Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) funds through Florida Department of Transportation for the project. The focus of the funds is for stormwater management, pedestrian and bike pathway and water/wastewater improvements along East Terry Street from Old 41 Road east to Bonita Grande Drive.
City Council approved Quality Enterprises USA, Inc. as the lowest responsive, responsible bidder for RFB 25-31 East Terry Street Stormwater and Multi-Use Pathway Project on April 1, 2026, in the amount of $17,823,584.04.
The project is budgeted in the FY2025-2026 budget in the Capital Improvement Project account number 30.250.541.5416364.54.63.54163.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Approve contract agreement with Quality Enterprises USA, Inc. for the East Terry Street Stormwater and Multi-Use Pathway Project.
