A Mobility Plan for Everyone

The Citywide Mobility Plan will guide how Bonita Springs invests in transportation that works for everyone:

  • Safety first – Protect people walking, biking, and driving
  • Connected choices – Link neighborhoods, parks, and job centers
  • Smart growth – Support local businesses and preserve community character
  • Resilient design – Prepare for future challenges

This plan will provide a clearer picture of how residents, commercial traffic, commuters, and visitors travel within and beyond the City. Results will help City leaders set investment priorities, coordinate future projects, and advance transportation improvements at the local, county and state levels.

    Why a Mobility Plan Now?

Bonita Springs is growing, and our transportation system must evolve with it. Growth brings new opportunities and challenges for traffic safety, flow, and connectivity.

By planning ahead, the City can:

  • Clarify transportation priorities that align with community values
  • Coordinate future investments efficiently
  • Advocate effectively for improvements on county and state roads

The Citywide Mobility Plan will help ensure that every transportation dollar is spent where it provides the greatest benefit to our community.
