City of Bonita Springs City HallOn April 15, 2026, City Council approved a contract agreement with Quality Enterprises USA, Inc. for the East Terry Street Stormwater and Multi-Use Pathway Project.

Council approved proposal from Gilbane Building Company for design and preconstruction services for the new Public Safety Facility.

BACKGROUND: Following the City Council’s directive, staff are advancing the development of a new public safety facility at the former library site. This hub will co-locate Code Enforcement, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office, Bonita Springs Community Policing Unit, and centralize emergency management operations.

Staff has been working with Gilbane Building Company, a design contractor, under the City’s existing contract from CN 25-17 Construction Manager at Risk to develop a proposal and have received a comprehensive proposal for design and preconstruction services totaling $1,160,782.
